Just two days after a judge in New York junked the visa fraud case against Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade who has arrested and strip searched for violating, among other things, illegally underpaying and exploiting her domestic help, a US grand jury has re-indicted her. A 21-page re-indictment charge has been filed by the office of Indian born American prosecurter Preet Bharara. Khobragade had left the USA under a limited immunity agreement.
