While filming My Name is Khan, Shah Rukh Khan suffered severe migraine. SRK ignored it a few times and took pills. When that didn’t work, he saw the doc. The doc, sources say, found the headache and neck pain was actually due to the posture and expression of Rizwan Khan, the character he plays in MNIK. Rizwan suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome (an autism-spectrum disorder where patients exhibit signs of physical clumsiness and atypical use of language). Rizwan has a habit of hanging his neck at a particular angle, and his eyebrows are raised in every scene. A method affliction for method acting.
