Terms and Conditions

1. To enter this contest, simply answer the questions online and submit. 

2. Contest to remain open from 1st March 2012 to 31st March 2012.

3. The Contest is open only for Advertising & Marketing Professionals residing in India. 

4. Employees and their immediate families of OPEN Media Network are not eligible. 

5. Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. All fields are mandatory.

7. The prize pool consists of fifty (50) Fossil watches. 

8. All correct entries will be eligible for the prize, in case of more than 50 correct entries; the winners will be selected through a draw of lot. 

9. The prize draw will be held within five (5) working days of the end of the Contest Period. 

10. No responsibility will be accepted for late or incomplete or misdirected entries and proof of posting shall not constitute proof of receipt.

11. No alternative prizes or cash will be offered in lieu of the prize. In the event that a prize is forfeited, an alternate prize-winner will be selected from an additional prize draw arranged by OPEN Media Network.

12. OPEN Media Network’s decision will be final in all respects and no correspondence shall be entertained. 

13. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of all terms and conditions.

14. Prize winners will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw date by email. OPEN Media Network is not responsible for any incorrect, malfunctioning or undeliverable e-mail provided by a prize-winner. 

15. Relevant proof of being an Advertising or Marketing professional will have to be submitted to claim the prize. Incorrect or wrong email id can result in the prize being forfeited.

16. The prizes will be dispatched to the winners within six (6) weeks of the draw date by courier to the mailing address provided by the winner. 

17. OPEN Media Network and its Affiliates are not liable for any loss of or damage to the prizes after they leave its premises or any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the use of a prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of OPEN Media Network or its Affiliates. 

18. OPEN Media Network and its Affiliates are not liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. 

19. OPEN Media Network may cancel, postpone or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.

20. Save as otherwise provided by law, the validity, construction and performance of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Delhi/New Delhi.
