Machismo is part of the side show as Ramsay and other celebrity chefs dive underwater to explore ethical eating. Ramsay’s episode trawls through the oceanic impact of shark’s fin soup. The Big Fish Fight has been described by Channel 4 as a “timely call to arms for viewers and shoppers to be more aware about the world’s diminishing fish stocks”. The series is set to air in January in the UK. Will it work, with Ramsay submerged and with a mask on his face, unable to use the F-word?
